Mission
Support the Embassy in promoting Japanese investments in Paraguay (particularly cooperation in the agro-industrial area), promote academic exchange and cooperation between universities in both countries, and assist the local Paraguayan community.
Hokkaido
The Hokkaido region is an agricultural region par excellence, from which much of the food in this country comes, particularly grains and dairy products. Hokkaido has developed innovative agricultural techniques so that its products are of very high quality, while maintaining its price competitiveness, both within the Japanese and international markets (mainly in dairy products).
